Northwood will produce marketable students who recognize and embrace positive options. Northwood believes that:- All children are capable of learning at high levels if they are taught by caring and skilled educators, challenged by an engaging curriculum, afforded adequate time and held to ambitious standards;
- Opportunities for quality learning must be extended to all children in a diverse, equatable, and inclusive manner;
- Substantial improvements in student performance can be achieved on an on-going and cost-effective basis.
