PROCESSING REQUESTS
Upon receipt of your request, the RTK Officer will review and respond in accordance with the Pennsylvania RTKL. Responses will be issued within the statutory timeframe of five business days. The RTK Officer will contact the requestor about any applicable fees associated with fulfilling the request. Payments must be made prior to the release of records.
